FAQ & TERMS
When can I register, and what's the member price?
Members are runners who've taken part in a Young Sons event, plus our event partners. Members register from 10:00 on 6 July and keep the member price throughout; public registration opens 10:00 on 9 July at the regular price. The sale closes 25 August 2026, or when full.
Do I need to be a member to enter?
No. Members simply register earlier and get the member price. The public can enter from 10:00 on 9 July. Membership is handled on Thai.Run.
How do I pick up my race kit?
Collect Thu 24 – Sat 26 September, 10:00–20:00 at Floor 47–48, One Bangkok Tower 4. Bring your Order Number and Thai ID or passport. Proxy collection is allowed with the registrant's authorised ID copy and the paid Order Number.
What do I need to receive a medal?
A valid bib and a finish within the cut-off time for your distance.
Terms & Conditions
Please read and understand all conditions before registering and paying. Completing registration and payment confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
01Your details & data changes
- Check your details (name, shirt size, race category) carefully before paying — payment confirms your information is correct and complete.
- Name-spelling corrections cost ฿100 per change per account, and cover spelling fixes for the same registrant only — never a change to another person's name or details.
- No changes of any kind once entries sell out or from 30 days before event day, whichever comes first.
- Entries are strictly non-transferable. Anyone found running under another person's entry will be asked to leave the course and receives no medal, for accident-insurance safety.
02Payment & race kit
- One Thai.Run account registers one person per order. Complete and pay the first registration before buying an entry for someone else (one entry per order) — this prevents bulk buying for resale.
- Entry fees are non-refundable once paid, unless the organiser announces otherwise.
- Collect your bib & runner's kit only on the announced dates, times, and venue.
- Proxy collection is allowed with the Order Number, a copy of the registrant's ID, and the collector's own ID.
- Uncollected kits are forfeited — no refund.
- Postal delivery is available for an additional fee as set in the registration system.
- Medals go only to runners with a valid bib who finish within the cut-off time.
03Privacy, photography & media rights
- Your personal data is collected and used only to organise the event, communicate with you, and run related operations, and is kept no longer than necessary in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting the team.
- The organiser may use event photos and video of participants for promotion across its channels on the basis of legitimate interest, without further case-by-case consent.
- If you would like an image clearly showing your face withheld or removed, contact the team and we will act on it.
04Safety & force majeure
- Assess your fitness before taking part. If you have a medical condition, weigh the risk and consult a doctor before registering.
- You confirm you are healthy and fit enough to participate and accept the risks involved. You agree not to claim damages from the organiser for injury, illness, or other causes arising from participation, except damage caused by the organiser's gross negligence.
- Accident insurance is provided for participants under the announced conditions and coverage limits; details will be published before event day.
- In case of force majeure (weather, natural disaster, epidemic, or government order), the organiser may postpone or adapt the event, and will deliver kits and medals as appropriate in place of a refund.
05General
- Entrants under 18 need parental consent to register; entrants under 13 must be accompanied and closely supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
- Completing registration and payment confirms you have read and accepted all these terms.
- Questions and requests: contact the team via the event's official channels (@youngsonscompany).
- The organiser may amend these terms; changes will be announced via the event's official channels.
